Tmpl File Loc		VARCHAR(128)	NO	Template File Location: The directory location of the MPS template files.
Startup File Loc		VARCHAR(128)	NO	Startup File Location: The directory location for the MPS startup file snippet.
BLM DB File Loc		VARCHAR(128)	YES	Beam Loss Monitor File Location: The default file location for the BLM IOC .db files generated from the Rdb.

PCI Dbd File Nm		VARCHAR(128)	YES	PCI DBD File Name. The PCI .dbd file name, whose name is dependent on the EPICS version.
