> Defining a List of Values for Custom Fields

Define a list of values for custom fields of the "CODE" type.

Follow these steps to define a list of values for custom fields.

1. Open the Custom fields and list of values form (BXPROM).

2. Click to query for the entity and custom field for which to define a list of values.

3. Click the List of values tab. Datastream 7i displays the List of values page.

4. Value—Enter the list of values.

5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
