> Defining Employee Lists

Create employee lists, and then add specific employees to them.

   Create the employee types for the PRTP entity on the Codes tab of the Entities form (BNENTS).

Follow these steps to define employee lists.

  1. Open the Employee form (WNPERS).

  2. Query for the employee to add to the list.

  3. Click the Employee type tab. Datastream 7i displays the Employee type page.

  4. Type—Click to select the employee type to which to add the employee.

Add the employee to as many employee types as necessary.

  1. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
