> Purging Comment Audit Records

Follow these steps to purge comment audit records.

  1. Open the Audit control form (BNAUDC).

  2. Date from and Date to—Enter the range of dates for audits to be purged.

   To purge the current date’s audit comments, enter tomorrow’s date in Date to.

  1. Click Purge comment audits. Datastream 7i clears the comment audit records.
