> Setting Up Comment Audits per Entity

Follow these steps to set up comment audits per entity.

1. Open the Entities form (BNENTS).

2. Query for the entity for which to set up an audit.

3. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

4. Select Comments, and then select Audit comments.

5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
