> Viewing Audited Status Changes

Datastream stores information concerning audited fields including the date updated, value from and value to, the person who changed the record, the origin or function name of the record, and whether the change was an insert, update, or delete.

   To view or print report of audited status changes, run the Audit log report (BRAUDT).

Follow these steps to view audited status changes.

  1. Open any form that is set up for auditing.

  2. Query for the record for which to view audits.

  3. Click Audits on the toolbar. Datastream 7i displays the Audit log form.

  4. View the audit information.
