> Viewing Comment Audit Records

Follow these steps to view comment audit records.

  1. Open the Audit log form (BDAUDT).

  2. Click the Comments tab. Datastream 7i displays the Comments page.

  3. Query for the code for which to view comments. Datastream 7i displays the entity’s comment record.

   View audited comment records by opening any comment-enabled form, clicking on the Comments tab, and then double-clicking in the text field.
