View a record of all e-mails that have been initiated from database events. Datastream 7i displays all sent messages including those that encountered error messages.
Follow these steps to view initiated e-mails.
Open the Datastream 7i Messenger Viewer form (BXMVIW).
Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.
Mail record—Query for the e-mail to view.
Mail template—Click to select the e-mail template.
View the following information regarding the e-mail record:
Date—Datastream 7i displays the date the e-mail was initiated.
Mail recipients—Datastream 7i displays the list of e-mail recipients.
Mail body—Datastream 7i displays the composed message.
Sent—Indicates that Datastream 7i processed the e-mail.
Error—Indicates that this e-mail encountered an error during transmission.
Error message—Datastream 7i displays the error that the e-mail message encountered.
