> Adding Entries to the Workload Inbox

Add entries to the workload inbox to display entries that are specific to your job.

Follow these steps to add entries to the workload inbox.

  1. Open the Home page (HOME).

  2. Click Personalize. Datastream 7i displays the Personalize dialog box.

  3. Seq no—Enter the sequence in which the inbox entry will be displayed in the workload inbox.

  4. Inbox code—Click to select the inbox entry to add to the workload inbox.

  5. Auto refresh—Select to enable Datastream 7i to automatically refresh the workload inbox every time the Home page is invoked.

   Automatic refresh causes slower performance when opening the form.

  1. Click OK. Datastream 7i adds the selected entry to the workload inbox.
