> Applying Defined Filters

Apply any previously defined filter to the form.

Follow these steps to apply defined filters.

1. Open the form to which to apply the filter.

2. Choose View | Easy query from the menu bar. Datastream 7i displays the Easy query dialog box.

3. Filter—Select the name of the filter to apply to the form.

4. Click OK. Datastream 7i closes the Easy query dialog box and filters the records.
