> Applying Defined Record Sorts

Apply any previously defined sort to a form.

Follow these steps to apply defined record sorts.

1. Open the form to which to apply the sort.

2. Choose View | Easy sort from the menu bar. Datastream 7i displays the Easy sort dialog box.

3. Sort name—Select the name of the sort to apply to the form.

4. Click OK. Datastream 7i closes the Easy sort dialog box and sorts the records.
