> Changing the Password

System administrators might require users to change their passwords on a frequent basis and some passwords are not permitted twice within a specific period.

Follow these steps to change the password.

1. Choose Options | Change password from the Datastream 7i toolbar. Datastream 7i displays the Change password dialog box.

2. Current password—Enter the current password.

3. New password—Enter the new password.

4. Retype new password—Enter the new password again for verification.

5. Click OK. Datastream 7i returns to the main menu.
