Delete previously saved filters for exporting records from Datastream 7i on any form.
Follow these steps to delete saved filters for exporting records.
Open the form from which to export records.
Query for the records to export.

Datastream 7i will export the results of the last query performed, even if you are not currently viewing those records (e.g., if you cleared the form). |
Click . Datastream 7i displays the Export to Excel dialog box.
Filter?Click to select the saved export filter. Datastream 7i retrieves the saved export parameters to the Export to Excel dialog box.
Click . Datastream 7i displays a message indicating that deleting the filter will also clear the existing filter and asking whether you wish to continue.
Click OK. Datastream 7i deletes the set of saved export parameters, clears the existing filter, and returns to the Export to Excel dialog box.
