This feature only applies to multilingual installations.
Follow these steps to enter description translations.
From any form that includes translation information, click Translations on the options toolbar. Datastream 7i displays the Translations of descriptions dialog box.
Select the description to translate, and then enter the translation.
Translated—Select to indicate that you have entered a translated description.
Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
Click . Datastream 7i closes the dialog box and returns to the previous form.
