Choose menu items using hot keys. Each menu name and drop-down menu item has one underlined letter that is the hot key for the menu or function.
Access menus by holding down ALT and pressing the underlined letter of the menu name. For example, access the File menu by holding down ALT and pressing F.
Select items from a drop-down menu by pressing the underlined letter of the menu item. For example, after displaying the File drop-down menu, press P to select Print.
