Search for a specific record in a form by querying the Datastream 7i database for a known field value.
Follow these steps to query for specific records.
Open the form to query.
Click . Datastream 7i displays a blank form with a queryable field highlighted in gray.
Enter the search value in the field by which to search, and then click . Datastream 7i displays the first record matching the search criteria.

Click to view the next record if the query retrieved more than one record.
