Refresh the workload inbox to update inbox entry information. Refreshing the workload inbox executes the SQL select statements that query the Datastream 7i database for the appropriate instances of an entry to retrieve to the workload inbox.
Follow these steps to refresh the workload inbox.
Open the Home page (HOME).
Choose one of the following options:
Refresh all workload inbox entries—Click Refresh all. Datastream 7i updates information for all entries in the workload inbox.
Refresh selected workload inbox entries—Click Refresh. Datastream 7i updates information for all entries in the workload inbox for which Refresh is selected.
