> Retrieving All Records in a Form

View all records in a form by performing a query. The query retrieves all records corresponding to the active form from the Datastream 7i database.

Follow these steps to retrieve all records in a form.

  1. Open the form to query.

  2. Click . Datastream 7i displays the first record in the form.

   If you click on the List view page, Datastream 7i displays all records.

  1. Click to view the next record.
