Follow these steps to retrieve saved filters for exporting records.
Open the form from which to export records.
Query for the records to export.

Datastream 7i will export the results of the last query performed, even if you are not currently viewing those records (e.g., if you cleared the form). |
Click . Datastream 7i displays the Export to Excel dialog box.
Filter?Click to select the saved export filter. Datastream 7i retrieves the saved selection criteria to the Export to Excel dialog box.
