> Setting Up the Balanced Scorecard

Set up the balanced scorecard to display the KPIs specific to your job.

Follow these steps to set up the balanced scorecard.

1. Open the Home page (HOME).

2. Click Personalize. Datastream 7i displays the Personalize dialog box.

3. Select KPI. Datastream 7i modifies the section to display KPIs for the balanced scorecard.

4. Seq no—Enter the sequence in which to display the KPI on the balanced scorecard.

5. KPI code—Click to select the KPI to display on the balanced scorecard.

6. Click OK. Datastream 7i adds this KPI to the balanced scorecard.
