View KPI history to review the results of KPI calculations. Datastream 7i generates a record in KPI history when the score for a KPI is calculated. Updating the KPI is optional.

Follow these steps to view KPI history.

1. Open the Defining KPI entries form (BMKPIC).

2. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

3. Query for the KPI for which to view the history.

4. Click the History tab. Datastream 7i displays the History page.

5. View the KPI history.
