Generate access violation reports as necessary. Access violations occur when users enter incorrect User IDs or passwords on the Datastream 7i logon form.
Follow these steps to generate access violation reports.
Open the Access violations report (BRVIOL).
User ID—Click to select the user for whom to generate the report, or leave blank to generate the report for all users.
Choose one of the following options:
Select the time period for which to generate the report—Click Period. Datastream 7i generates the report for the specified period.
Enter a start and/or end date for which to generate the report—Enter values for Start date and/or End date.
Click . Datastream 7i generates the report.
