Electronic records for Blanket orders (BRBLOD)

Entity code—Enter the code of the entity for which to print electronic records, i.e., A (Approved), R (Ready for printing)

Datastream 7i prints a list of snapshots for the BORD entity and entity code that includes parent and child records.

Electronic records for Changed notices (BRCNHD)

Entity code—Enter the code of the entity for which to print electronic records, i.e., A (Active), U (Unfinished)

Datastream 7i prints a list of snapshots for the CHNO entity and entity code that includes parent and child records.

Electronic records for On-dock receipt lines (BRDKLD)

List of electronic records (BRSIGN)

Click to select an Entity, Code, and Organization (if you use multi-organization security).

Datastream 7i prints a list of electronic records including the date/time the record was changed, the user ID of the person who made the change, and the status of the record.

If applicable, Datastream 7i also prints the certification number and certification type of the person who signed or updated the record. The FAAMOD installation parameter determines whether certification numbers and types are required for electronic signatures.

There is also a column on the bottom of the report that indicates whether the electronic record is still valid.

Electronic records (BRSNAP)

Click to select an Entity, Code, and Organization (if you use multi-organization security).

Datastream 7i prints a list of snapshots including the parent and child record and any comments associated with the electronic record.

If applicable, Datastream 7i also includes the certification number and certification type of the person who signed or updated the record in the snapshot. The FAAMOD installation parameter determines whether certification numbers and types are required for electronic signatures.

Electronic records for Store-to-store transactions (BRSTOD)

Entity code—Enter the code of the entity for which to print electronic records, i.e., A (Approved), U (Unfinished)

Datastream 7i prints a list of snapshots for the STOS entity and entity code that includes parent and child records.

List of tampered records (BRTMPR)

Click to select an Entity, Start date, and End date.

Datastream 7i displays a list of records that have been changed through the back-end.
