> Defining Performance Indicators

Follow these steps to define performance indicators.

1. Open the Performance indicators form (BMPERF).

2. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

3. Performance indicator—Enter a unique code identifying the performance indicator, and then enter a description of the performance indicator in the adjacent field.

4. Class—Click to select the class of the performance indicator. The classes shown belong to the IND entity.

5. UOM—Click to select the performance indicator’s unit of measure.

6. Minimum value—Enter the minimum value of the performance indicator, if applicable.

7. Maximum value—Enter the maximum value of the performance indicator, if applicable.

8. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
