Follow these steps to search for equipment by general characteristics.
From the Equipment field on any form, click to search for equipment. Datastream 7i displays the Search equipment form in enter query mode.
Query any field for the piece of equipment. Datastream 7i displays the list of equipment.
Select the equipment, and then click OK. Datastream 7i copies the equipment to the previous form.
