> Viewing Equipment Affected by Change Notices

View either a list of equipment that will be affected by the change notice or a history of equipment that has been affected by a change notice. If the status of the change notice is U (Unfinished), Datastream 7i displays a list of equipment that will be affected by the change notice. If the change notice has a status other than U (Unfinished), Datastream 7i displays the history of equipment affected by the change notice.

Follow these steps to view equipment affected by change notices.

1. Open the Change notices form (TDCHNO).

2. Query for the change notice for which to view affected equipment.

3. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

4. Locations—Click to select one or more locations for which to view equipment affected by the change notice.

5. Click the Equipment tab. Datastream 7i displays the Equipment page with a list of equipment in the selected locations affected by the change notice.
