> Assigning Inbox Entries to User Groups

Assign inbox entries to user groups to display entries in the inbox for only specific user groups.

  Inbox entries for which General has been selected cannot be assigned to specific user groups.

Follow these steps to assign inbox entries to user groups.

  1. Open the Define inbox entries form (BNTLST).

  2. Query for the inbox entry to assign to a user group.

  3. Click the User groups tab. Datastream 7i displays the User groups page.

  4. User group—Click to select the user group to which to assign the inbox entry.

  5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
