Follow these steps to assign inbox entries to user groups.
Open the Define inbox entries form (BNTLST).
Query for the inbox entry to assign to a user group.
Click the User groups tab. Datastream 7i displays the User groups page.
User group—Click to select the user group to which to assign the inbox entry.
Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
