> Assigning KPIs to User Groups

Assign KPIs to user groups to enable them to display only the KPIs that are assigned to their user group in the balanced scorecard.

   You can only assign KPIs to user groups for which General has not been selected.

Follow these steps to assign KPIs to user groups.

  1. Open the Defining KPI entries form (BMKPIC).

  2. Query for the KPI to assign to a user group.

  3. Click the User group tab. Datastream 7i displays the User group page.

  4. User group—Click to select the user group to which to assign the KPI.

  5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
