> Associating Evaluation Codes with User Groups

Follow these steps to associate evaluation codes with user groups.

1. Open the Evaluation codes form (SMSUQA).

2. Query for the evaluation code with which to associate user groups.

3. Click the User groups tab. Datastream 7i displays the User groups page.

4. User group—Click to select the user group to associate with the evaluation code.

5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
