> Creating a Stocktake List

Create and print a list of parts.

Follow these steps to create a stocktake list.

  1. Open the Create stocktake list form (SBSTTL).

  2. Store, Part, Part class, From bin location, To bin location, Stocktake, Class, and ABC class—Click to select information for fields to create a stocktake list for a certain store, part, part class, bin location, stocktake, class, or ABC class.

  3. Keep values—Select to keep query values on the screen.

  4. Print quantity—Select for on-hand quantities to appear on the stocktake list.

  5. Order by bin—Select for the stocktake list to be ordered by bin code.

  6. Print assets—Select to print the equipment code and serial number of parts tracked by asset on the stocktake list.

  7. Discrepancies only—Select to reprint a stocktake list only for parts and parts tracked by asset for which a discrepancy has been recorded.

   Discrepancies only is enabled only if you have entered a value for Stocktake as a parameter for reprinting the stocktake list.

  1. Organization—Click to select the organization for the stocktake if you use multi-organization security.

  2. Stocktake date—Enter the date of the stocktake.

  3. Click . Datastream 7i prints a stocktake list.

   The printed report displays a check mark beside the code identifying the part if the part is tracked by asset.
