> Creating Evaluation Codes

Follow these steps to create evaluation codes.

1. Open the Evaluation codes form (SMSUQA).

2. Code—Enter a unique code identifying the evaluation code, and then enter a description in the adjacent field.

3. Class—Click to select a class for the evaluation code. The classes shown belong to the EVCD entity.

4. Out of service—Select to restrict this evaluation from displaying in the list of values.

5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
