Follow these steps to define parts for pick lists.
Open the Pick list form (SDPICK).
Query for the pick list for which to define parts.
Click the Parts tab. Datastream 7i displays the Parts page.
Choose one of the following options:
Select parts from the material list—Click , for Material list, to select the material list from which to retrieve parts, and then click Retrieve parts to retrieve the parts from the material list. Add or delete parts as necessary.
Add existing parts—Click , for Parts, to open the Overview of parts form, and then query for parts to add to the pick list.
Quantity required—Enter the quantity of the part needed for the pick list.
Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
