You are receiving a part repaired externally. Use the Receive goods form (SMRECV) to receive externally repaired parts into a store. Datastream 7i updates the available quantity of the part in inventory by the received quantity and inserts a record of the part and the receipt unit price in the R5FIFO table when the receipt for the external repair is approved.
When you create a receipt for the purchase order for an external repair, the transaction repair price and the transaction price are both equal to the value of the unit cost for the repair on the purchase order line. However, you can update Repair price on the receipt for the externally repaired part. If you update Repair price on the receipt for the external repair, Datastream 7i copies the modified repair price to the transaction price.
