Create a temporary file to store a copy of current system stock levels.

Follow these steps to freeze quantities for stocktake.

1. Open the Take snapshot for stocktake form (SBSTFC).

2. Stocktake—Click to select the stocktake transaction identifier.

3. Keep values—Select to keep query values on the screen.

4. Click . Datastream 7i takes the snapshot, however, it does not provide report data after processing.
