Initiate a stocktake by creating a stocktake list. Select to display consumable parts, parts tracked by asset, and/or serialized parts on the printed stocktake list. You can also select to reprint a stocktake list only for parts for which a discrepancy has been recorded.
After you create the stocktake list, you can compare inventory numbers in Datastream 7i against the actual physical inventory count when you print a discrepancy report. Take a snapshot of the Datastream 7i inventory numbers. Compare these numbers against the actual physical inventory count when you print the discrepancy report.
