Datastream 7i authorizes the updates of system inventory numbers for stocktake discrepancies for parts tracked by asset based on the value entered for the STTKDISC installation parameter.

Follow these steps to sign off stocktake and update quantities.

1. Open the Sign off stocktake and update quantities form (SBSTTU).

2. Stocktake—Click to select the stocktake assigned to this inventory count period.

3. Keep values—Select to keep query values on the screen.

4. Click . Datastream 7i signs off on stocktake and quantities but does not provide report data after processing.
