View detailed information about parts in store on the Stock page of the Parts form (SMPART) to display a summary of part information for parts in store, including price, bin stock, and assets defined as parts. You can also define stock information for parts on the Stock page.
If you are using LIFO/FIFO as your pricing method, Datastream 7i displays the price of the first record in the R5FIFO table in Next issue price. If you are using average, last, or standard pricing, Datastream 7i displays the base price in Next issue price.
Follow these steps to view detailed information about parts in stock.
Open the Parts form (SMPART).
Query for the part for which to view detailed information.
Click the Stock tab. Datastream 7i displays the Stock page.
View the detailed part information.

Click the Assets tab of the Stock page to view detailed information about parts defined as assets. |
