> Associating Action Codes with Classes

Follow these steps to associate action codes with classes.

   You cannot delete action codes after associating them with a class or an event.

  1. Open the Action codes form (ONACCO).

  2. Query for the action code with which to associate an equipment class.

  3. Click the Classes tab. Datastream 7i displays the Classes page.

  4. Class—Click to select the class to associate with the action code.

  5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
