> Associating Problem Codes with Classes

Follow these steps to associate problem codes with classes.

  You cannot delete problem codes after associating them with a class or event.

  1. Open the Problem codes form (ONRECO).

  2. Query for the problem code with which to associate an equipment class.

  3. Click the Classes tab. Datastream 7i displays the Classes page.

  4. Class—Click to select the class to associate with the problem code.

  5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
