> Defining Diagnostic Codes

Define codes and descriptions that relate to diagnostic tests.

Follow these steps to define diagnostic codes.

1. Open the Diagnostics form (WNDIAG).

2. Diagnostics—Enter a unique code identifying the diagnostic test.

3. Description—Enter a description of the diagnostic test.

4. Class—Click to select the class of the diagnostic test. The classes shown belong to the DIAG entity.

5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
