> Defining Tax Rate Types

Define tax rate types that correspond to base tax rates such as taxable and nontaxable.

Follow these steps to define tax rate types.

1. Open the Tax rate types form (SNTXTP).

2. Type—Enter a unique code identifying the tax rate type.

3. Description—Enter a description of the tax rate type.

4. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
