Follow these steps to add external repair requisition lines to quotations.
Open the Quotations form (QMQUOT).
Query for the quotation for which to add external repair requisition lines.
Select the Parts tab. Datastream 7i displays the Parts page.
Line—Enter the quotation line number. The default line numbering is 1, 2, 3, etc.
Requisition—Click to select the requisition and requisition line number for which to request a quotation. Datastream 7i enters RE (External Repair) as the Type and then enters the Part.

You cannot modify the Qty requested quantity, Purchase UOM, or Conv factor. Datastream 7i populates these fields from the associated requisition line. To add comments to the quotation, click Comments. Datastream 7i displays the Comments dialog box. The Comments dialog box retains the permissions defined for the tab from which it is invoked. |
Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
