> Assigning Quotation Ratings

Assign internal ratings to supplier bids. Use this information to compare suppliers.

Follow these steps to assign quotation ratings.

1. Open the Quotation ratings form (QNRATE).

2. Query for the quotation for which to assign a rating.

3. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

4. Rating—Enter a quantitative rating value.

5. Score—Enter a number (from 1 to 99) to further express your evaluation of the supplier’s response.

6. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
