View purchase order history using the Purchase order history form (PMPORH). The Purchase order history form (PMPORH) enables you to query for purchase orders and view purchase order history for the current revision and all previous revisions of a purchase order.
The Purchase order history form (PMPORH) displays the same information and includes the same tabs as the Purchase orders form (PMPORD); however, the Purchase order history form is query-only.
Follow these steps to view purchase order history.
Open the Purchase order history form (PMPORH).
Query for the purchase order for which to view the purchase order history.
Click the Record view, Comments, Custom fields, Parts, Services, Lines overview, Clauses, and/or Tracking tabs to view different pages containing specific information related to the purchase order history. Refer to the following table for details about the information displayed on each page of the Purchase order history form (PMPORH):

Displays a summary of all the lines on the purchase order. Select Parts to display a list of all the parts on purchase order lines, or select Services to display a list of all the services on purchase order lines. |

Displays any contract clauses included on the purchase order. |

Tracking |
Displays tracking information for each purchase order line. |

If you click Comments or Custom fields hyperlinks on the options toolbar, Datastream 7i displays the related tab on the Purchase order history form (PMPORH). However, the information displayed on each of these tabs is only available for the current revision of the purchase order. Datastream 7i does not retain records of translations, comments, or custom fields for previous revisions of purchase orders. |
