> Viewing Requisition, Quotation, or Purchase Order Lines

Follow these steps to view requisition, quotation, or purchase order lines.

• Choose one of the following options:

• View requisition lines—Open the Purchase requisitions form (SMREQS).

• View quotation lines—Open the Quotations form (QMQUOT).

• View purchase order lines—Open the Purchase orders form (PMPORD).

2. Query for the requisition, quotation, or purchase order for which to view lines.

3. Click the Lines overview tab. Datastream 7i displays the Lines overview page.

4. Select one of the following options:

• View parts lines—Select Parts. Datastream 7i displays all parts lines.

• View services lines—Select Services. Datastream 7i displays all services lines.
