Create functions for running Crystal Reports in Datastream 7i by defining the Crystal Reports function(s) for the WEBR class.

You can define selection parameters for the Crystal Reports function on the Report parameters page of the Functions form (BMFUNC) so that you can enter information into the selection parameters when you open the report in Datastream 7i. Crystal Reports processes the report when you click .

Follow these steps to create functions for Crystal Reports.

1. Open the Functions form (BMFUNC).

2. Click the Record view tab. Datastream 7i displays the Record view page.

3. Function—Enter a unique code identifying the function, and then enter a description of the function in the adjacent field.

4. Class—Click to select the WEBR class.

5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
