Data archiving allows Datastream 7i to store and retrieve all historical scanner transactions relayed to Datastream 7i. R5ARCTRACKINGDATA acts as a repository for this history, containing fields for transaction code, scan date and time, and 50 open data fields. Select the data archive via the TMASTP form.
Because Datastream 7i passes data to R5ARCTRACKINGDATA through the Transaction driver (TRDV), it is possible for the archive to contain errors. Archived data also contains a pairing of Status and Error Status codes. Refer to the following table for information on combined Status and Error Status codes:

After errors are corrected and successfully posted, Datastream 7i changes the record’s status to P (Posted) and error status to R (Resolved).
