> Viewing Parts Issued to Work Order Activities

Follow these steps to view parts issued to work order activities.

1. Open the Work orders form (WMJOBS).

2. Query for the work order for which to view part issues.

3. Click the Activities tab. Datastream 7i displays the Activities page.

4. Select the activity for which to view part issues.

5. Click the Issue tab. Datastream 7i displays the Issue subpage.

6. Summary—Select to view a summary of part issues. Datastream 7i displays the net issue of each part, i.e., quantity issued less quantity returned.
