> Defining Revision Control Approval Lists

Add or delete users to the list of revision approvers.

Follow these steps to define revision control approval lists.

  1. Open the Revision control approval lists form (WNAPPL).

  2. List—Enter a unique code identifying the list.

  3. Description—Enter a description of the list.

  4. Organization—Click to select the organization to which the approval list belongs if you use multi-organization security.

  5. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.

  6. Click the Approvers tab. Datastream 7i displays the Approvers page.

  7. User—Click to select the user to add to the list.

  8. Sequence number—Enter the sequence number that determines the order in which the user should approve new revisions.

  9. Responsibility—Enter the responsibility of the user.

  10. Choose File | Save from the menu bar. Datastream 7i saves the information to the database.
