Generate all PM work orders that are of the type Duplicate.
When generating duplicate PM work orders, if any of the PM work orders to generate are associated with equipment for which you have specified a dormant period; Datastream 7i does not generate a duplicate work order for the equipment if the due date for the duplicate PM falls within the dormant period.

Adding a dormant period to PM equipment does not affect any previously created or released PM work orders, and you can manually release them on the Release selected work orders form (WNRELJ). |
Follow these steps to generate duplicate PM work orders.
Open the Release all PM work orders before specified date form (WBPEVU).
Department, Equipment, PM schedule, PM class, WO type, and/or Location—Click to select one or all of these selection parameters for generating the duplicate PMs.
End date—Enter the date until which to generate duplicate PMs.

To release all PM work orders up to the current date, leave End date blank. |
Select Generate work orders for duplicate PM.
Click on the reports toolbar. Datastream 7i generates the PM work orders.
